These general terms only apply to personal commissions. If you're interested in a commercial project, please contact me via e-mail first.

I reserve the right to decline a commission before any payment has been made, or to cancel and refund after payment has been made. If this were to happen with your commission, I will inform you as soon as possible.

By commissioning me, you are purchasing a digital file, NOT a physical copy.

The waiting time will depend on how many commissions that are ahead of yours. You will be informed of this with more details before your payment is to be made.

After inquiring about your commission, please wait until I confirm it before sending a payment over.

I take payments through PayPal at this time. I will send you an invoice link via e-mail or a direct link. If PayPal does not work for you, just let me know and we can work something else out.

Payment upfront is ideal. I won't start working on your commission without it. This applies unless we discussed partial payments or anything else beforehand.

While I work on the project, I will send you updates and Work-In-Progress pictures. I will also ask you if I am unsure of anything and seek confirmation. I expect likewise communication with you as well. This will guarantee that I will fix any possible mistakes before the image is fully finished.

After the image is finished, minor edits due to mistakes on my behalf are acceptable, but any major revision might incur additional charges.

You can request a cancellation anytime if I haven't started on your piece yet.

If I already started working on it, I can give you a partial refund. The amount will depend on how much progress I've made on the piece.

Regarding a finished piece of artwork, I will not issue any refunds.

As the artist, I reserve the right to include the finished artwork in my portfolio.

I also may post the commission on social media. If the artwork was of an original character(s), proper credit will be given in the post. If you're not comfortable with me possibly posting your commission on social media please let me know beforehand!

As the commissioner, you can post the art on your social media channels if you wish. However, I must be credited as the artist.

You can make prints of your personal artwork and/or put it on personal merchandise.

You may NOT take credit for the creation of my artwork.

You may NOT remove my watermark/signature.

You may NOT reproduce or resell the artwork in anyway that generates profit for yourself. UNLESS licensing is paid.
